Basic Tea Workshop July 1st, 2009 20.00 per person

Invite family and friends to sample and learn about different types of tea (white, green, oolong, black, and tisanes). Learn a brief history of tea and the basics of brewing tea in 1 hr. Min: 5 people Max: 15 people.

In-depth Tea Workshop 30.00 per person

Learn about the variations of specific types of tea and what makes them different. You and your guests will receive an in-depth course on tea vocabulary and cupping techniques in 2 hours. All equipment will be provided. Min: 5 people Max: 10 people

Fine Afternoon Tea By Reservation 10.00 to 37.00 per person

Available between 11 am and 4 pm. Reservations must be made 2 days in advanced.

Pot of Tea served with a 3-Tiered Tower of assorted Tea Sandwiches, Tea scones with Creme Fraiche and Jam and Petite Pastries

"Simplicity Tea" $15.95 per person

Pot of Tea, served with a Tea Sandwich, a selection of Cheese, Tea Scone served with Creme Fraiche and Jam and Seasonal Fresh Fruit.

"Children's Tea" (12 and under) $10.00 per child
Pot of Tea or Apple Juice, served with Peanut Butter and Honey Tea Sandwiches or Grilled Cheese, Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Tea Scone with Jam

**All events must be made at least 2 days in advanced. The above events have a minimum requirement of 5 people (except afternoon tea) and maximum amount depending on the event. Please call us if you would like to host an event or if you have any questions regarding an event. We discourage holding an event with children between ages 3-6 unless special arrangements are made.
