 The King of Silver Needles, highest quality white tea, is picked during the spring before the buds open to preserve its tenderness. During WWII, there was a shortage of tea in Japan. So the Japanese added husked rice to the green tea leaves to make their tea go further. By accident, they created a tea blend that many people around the world enjoy today.  Try this tea if you're adventurous. It has a delicate barley taste with a light refreshing green tea. This tea is very filling.

Finest Jasmine Pearls

After the tea has been scented, the leaves are hand rolled into pearl shaped balls which gives this tea its name. When steeped, these leaves unroll and produce a tea with a pronounced floral and fresh green tea scent, a full-bodied refreshing sweet taste, and a pleasing long lasting floral aftertaste. The hue of this tea is a light peach color.

Imperial Mao Feng

 This green tea is grown at 700 meters above sea level. Premium Mao Feng Green Tea is plucked when the leaves are at a very young stage with only a bud and a single unfolding leaf. It is dried in stack after picking. This tea has a sweet magnolia-like fragrance. When infused in hot water this tea produces a clear liquid with a lightly sweet taste and a fresh floral fragrance.

This green tea comes from the West Lake Region of the city of Hangzhou. These flat leaves are harvested in early spring when the leaves are full of aroma and have a silvery shine. These leaves produce a soothing and refreshing jade colored liquid full of freshness. Semi-sweet in taste and orchid-like in smell, Lung Ching is one of the most famous green tea in China.

Imperial Ti Kwan Yin

Oolongs are the tea that is between a black and green tea. They are partially oxidized to give the great taste of a black tea without the astringency.  When brewed, this tea offers a smooth taste, nutty flavor, and a sweet lingering aftertaste. This tea is also great served chilled.

Gradually add 1/2 cup water. Strain leaves & spices before drinking.
