We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please call us at (907) 460-8308 or email us (jennyctse @ gmail.com) and arrange for either a REPLACEMENT or REFUND. You may be asked to RETURN the item.

Replacement Policy: If you wish to replace an item purchased please contact us explaining the reason for the replacement and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you. You may be asked to RETURN the item as described below. All replacement requests must by made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy: If you wish to have a refund for an item purchased please contact us explaining the reason for the refund. You may be asked to RETURN the item as described below. Refunds will be issued by a credit to the purchasing credit card. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges. Please expect your refund within 7 to 10 business days following your request and, if you are returning an item, 7 to 10 days following the receipt of the returned item. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Please do not return food items. Please remember to contact us to request a replacement or refund before returning the item. We cannot accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping (in US only) is according to weight.  May take up to 3 weeks.

If you need it sooner, please contact us and we will send your order Priority Mail for an additional fee.

International shipping (anywhere outside of the US) Email for a shipping quote.  Must pay by Paypal or credit card in US dollars.

We keep all information private. We do not ask for more information than is needed for us to provide the products you order and do not release any information to any third party. All credit card transactions are encrypted and all credit card information stored in a secure database. We take all reasonable measures to ensure that your private information, including credit card information, is secure. However, in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, please notify your credit card provider or issuing bank in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
